1. I understand and support the current aims of Bridgehead (Arts) Ltd t/a The Green Man Gallery 2. I am willing and able to give the time commitment described on the information sheet, including a minimum of two shifts per week on duty in the gallery 3. I am willing to: work co-operatively and democratically; attend meetings; contribute to the joint management of the gallery; take a share of extra tasks as necessary 4. I am able to commit to being a member of the gallery for at least 6 months. 5. I have Public and Products Liability insurance which covers me to exhibit work OR will put this in place if invited to join the gallery
