Like the rest of the UK, Buxton has experienced a huge increase in COVID 19 infections this month.
Although for many people, the current variants are not causing huge problems, others are still very vulnerable and we are keen to reduce risk.
From 18th July we will be taking a few more precautionary measures.

Your visit
- Face masks are not compulsory but we encourage you to wear one if you can when close to other people
- Please use hand sanitiser when you arrive
- Please give other people space
- Contactless card payments are recommended however gallery staff will sanitise the card machine after PIN transactions
- Staff will regularly cleaning the toilets and empty bins
Attending a Live Performance
- Audience seating is well-spaced
- The Ground Floor Gallery is airy and very high-ceilinged with good air flow
- For performances in the upstairs Workshop Room, there will be a window open and the door will also remain open when practical to do so. The room has a high ceiling.
