Buxton is twinned with Bad Nauheim, a spa town in Germany which is about 40 minutes north of Frankfurt by road. You can find out more about the town from the link below.

The twinning is a group twinning between 5 towns: Bad Nauheim, Bad Langensalza (formerly in East Germany) Buxton, Chaumont (France) and Oostkamp (Belgium).
From September 25th to November 5th 2020 the Bad Nauheim art association are organising an exhibition in the gallery of the Bad Nauheim Trinkkuranlage (mineral water cure complex). They would like a representative artist from each of the twin towns to exhibit work.
