The Green Man Gallery Spring Collection Extensive and exhibitions by our Resident Artists and Guest Designer Makers including: paintings in oils, acrylics, watercolours and mixed media; oil pastels; pencil drawings; linocuts, monoprints, collagraphs, etchings and woodblock prints; photography; ceramics; textiles; jewellery; mounted prints and a wide range of cards. Open Studios Visit our Resident Artists' studios on the first floor. You are welcome to go in and view work in progress or chat to the artists when they are working. Friday 29th March to Wednesday 24th April: The Spring Gathering Open Exhibition 2024 Our annual open exhibition is a celebration of the huge range of original work being created across our region. This year's exhibition will showcase 2D and 3D work by over 50 artists. Entry is free. Spring Gathering Launch Party: Friday 29th March - 6.30 to 8.30pm Meet the artists and celebrate our creative region. This is a ticketed event to cover the cost of a snack buffet. Saturday 6th April: Artists At Work Day - 11am to 4pm We turn the whole gallery into an open studio with Resident and Guest Artists working in every nook and cranny. Call in for inspiration and creative chat – and buy something original for your home. Free entry. Donations welcome. Wednesdays 10th April to 1st May: Sketch Your Town A four-session course in urban sketching run by Resident Artist Geoff Chilton. 6.30pm to 8pm. Cost £50 for all four sessions.
